Set facet country by default Logged in user

I want to set the Facet filter of Country by default  based on Logged in user In HR Employee center. It's working manually selection of country but not set automatically by default as the Logged in User Country location.

This is not the widgets. I know in widgets we can write the script but for this, I didn't find where to write the script for facet filter . I create the Facet in sys_search_context_config
