SLA issue for tasks generated from activities in LE (Lifecycle event) case

Hi,

For lifecycle events cases, we've setup some SLA definitions on HR task table. The SLA definitions are using the default SLA workflow and the LE cases are using default/OOTB LE workflow.

 

I noticed that the task which is manually created from an LE case (using 'Add task' button on the case), triggers SLA if the SLA definition conditions are satisfied.

But for the same case, the tasks which are automatically created from activities, they don't trigger SLA even if the SLA definition conditions are satisfied.

 

Is this an expected/OOTB behavior, or is there anything wrong? Please let me know your thoughts/any guidance.

 

(I'm assuming that the default LE case workflow and the default SLA workflow might not be compatible with each other. That's why the manual task triggers SLA, but the automated tasks generated from activities don't trigger any SLA.)
