Unable to set Reminders in HR agent Workspace as an Agent

Hi All, On clicking on New button (as an HR Agent) on Reminders its giving me an error "Security constraints prevent access to requested page" .  But working fine when I tried as an Admin. What could be the possible issue ? Thanks,Krishna
