SYS_EMAIL records

I am not able to see the records in SYS_EMAIL.LIST why? what specific role is required to see the records of SYS_EMAIL?

@Ajiteshsharma snc_internal role is needed to access the sys_email table in ServiceNow. Apart from the role, some scripts are also executed result of which decides if the access of the record can be given to the user or not.
