Tab of browser display %name when access into a Service Catalog in Portal ESC

Hello everyone,

I got the following error that when I open a Service Catalog such as Record Producer on Portal ESC, the name of the tab displays %name as shown below. 

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Please help me.
