Tags are not visible

When I navigated to List View and pulled Tags in as a column and received the error.Alsoin Tags column not able to see tags in AWS.

Can someone help me?

Hi @ShahidaM ,

 

This is an issue of cross scope. You can create a cross scope privilege and then try to access the same.

System Application->Application Cross-Scope Access

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then see?

you checked with admins or non-admins?

issue is coming to all users or some users?

List is from which table? share some more details and screenshots

Hi Ankur,

I tried cache.do and checked with non admins.

Issue is with some users

table is HR case table
