When you have a tab open on a IMS that is Active, if you try to close tab (by clicking on the small "x" next to the interaction number) you need to have a pop up message telling you: Closing the chat will not end the chat if it is still active. Please use the 'End Chat' button to end the chat before closing. Do you want to continue?
