Unable to execute UI Action because user does not have permission to create the current record

Hello All,

 

We are not able to route HR Cases to different assignment groups while clicking on SAVE button but by clicking on UPDATE button cases are getting routed

When assignee is trying to route HR case, assignee is getting below error
"Unable to execute UI Action because user does not have permission to create the current record"

 

Please help.

Hello @ShwetaMayek ,

Can you please check condition field in ui action, is there any condition or script that blocking that ui action execution.
