Unexpected error encountered. Contact System Administrator using compose email agent workspace

Hi All/ @Sandeep Rajput ,

There is one issue HR agents are facing intermittently from HR agent workspace when they are trying to send email via compose email. Once click on ' Compose Email" option it takes few secs for loading after that below message is showing.

Can someone help if faced similar issue earlier?

@abirakundu23 Check system logs and see if any error show-up for the same duration. You can also raise a case with ServiceNow support team to investigate this issue further.

However we are just now able to reproduce the issue but not find similar error message in System log.

Are you able to solve the issue ? Is this happening for all users or selected users ? What steps did you follow to reproduce this ?

How you fixed this issue, I am facing similar issue sometimes after clicking on 'Send email' button.
