Update applied to Agent Workspace for HR and At a Glance removed from contextual side pane;

We applied the latest Update to the Plug in for Agent Workspace for HR and lost the At a Glance function on the Contextual Side Bar.  This is a well used tool for our HR Help Desk. 
We cannot get it to be visible again using UI Builder.  Our configurations match between instances where the Update is not present. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Karen, I faced the same issue and looks like servicenow changed some functionality in the new version. Support team asked me to revert the case srp page to oob which was customized but the new plugin makes the case srp page read only because of which you won't be able to revert. Please reach out to Support to revert the page to OOB on your behalf.
