URL in onbaording task description not working correctly

Hello community in the HR Module especially on OnBoarding i have a task where in the rich description of the template i use ${parent.ref_sn_hr_core_case.subject_person_hr_profile.sys_id} to get the hr profile of the subject person in the parent case this was working fine but know i receive this in the url      $%7bparent.ref_sn_hr_core_case.subject_person_hr_profile.sys_id%7d  normally i should receive the sys_id anyone can help on this ?

Hi @Skydev22 ,

Please try removing sysid because ${} will give display value:

${parent.ref_sn_hr_core_case.subject_person_hr_profile}

If that is not working, Use a Message Field / Template Variable

Create a Template Variable (HR Task Template → Variables tab) and script its value using a Script Include / HR Task Context. Then reference that variable inside the description as ${my_variable}.

This is a link in a descrition of hr task template the ${parent.ref_sn_hr_core_case.subject_person_hr_profile}  is not working it get convert to $%7bparent.ref_sn_hr_core_case.subject_person_hr_profile%7d when i click on the link
