User is not able to see few HR Tasks in Portal under To-dos

User A is not able to see the tasks in Portal under To-dos. She has been added as a delegate to user B. user B is able to see the tasks in portal but when those same tasks are assigned to user A she is not able to. Even if we remove user A as a delegate still she is unable to see them. I also added her as "Granular Delegate" to the respective delegation rule still it is not working. user A also has sn_hr_core.case_reader and approver_user role. 

For now, user A is the only one facing this issue.

Is there a reason you are just ignoring my question? I am trying to help, but you don't answer me. The fact that it's not happening on another instance, that was recently cloned, doesn't provide an answer to the question if the record itself is hidden because of other rules. It could be that already other things are developed already making it possible for this user to see the record. 

But if you don't want to answer me, you will have to check on any differences between PROD and DEV to find the solution. Good luck.
