Hi All,

On the virtual agent can we make the system recognise the word hello , where to do this configurations?

Hey there @kali 

 

Yes guess we can do this, you can configure the system to recognize specific words such as "hello" by setting up Keywords. 

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance and navigate to the Virtual Agent Designer.

  2. Select the topic where you want to add the keyword recognition for "hello". You can create a new topic or edit an existing one depending on your requirements.

  3. Within the topic configuration, look for the Keywords section. Add "Hello" as a Keyword: In the Keywords section, 

  4. Once you've added the keyword, save the changes to the topic configuration.
