Hi Shivam,
sn_doc_task represents Document tasks which can be generated either automatically or manually. The tasks get generated in the order defined for the participants.
- This content applies only to the document templates that are created in the Document Templates application (sn_doc). Document Templates is different from HR Document Templates. For HR Document Templates, refer to HR document templates.
Automatically
Document tasks are automatically initiated for the participants when you:- Select the Automatically Initiate Document tasks option on the HR service of a case.
Note: Make sure that the configured template is added to the HR template of a service.
- Change the state of the HR case to Ready.
Manually
Document tasks are manually initiated when you click theInitiate document tasks button on the Preview Document option on the case.

Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
Thanks,
Sandeep

I understand the concept but what I don't really understand what gives the impression that I am forcing anyone to mark anyone my response as correct, I just want to understand what motivates someone to mark a copied response as correct.
If I have taken my time to figure something out and post the response, I think I am well within my rights to at least ask(not force) if something was missing from my answer, so I can work on it.

And what made you think that I had the intention to copy your answer ?? I don’t think you read what I said in my previous response. Your words “ Again, you did this?” , this means forcing not asking!! Please do not use this forum to fight over points and rather then helping people.

I think there has been some confusion, I don't read anywhere that you had intentions of copying my response, could be merely a coincident that responses are the same.
The answers were marked back and forth, that's why I interjected, and I believe I am well within my rights to call it out, because I am taking my time and effort to help people out and getting feedback for my responses if not "fighting for points".
The person is sure a professional and I think can response to the basic questions that I asked. Its not fighting, its discussion.
And I am doing my part for the community, hope you do the same.

I am not teaching you Sandeep, I just wished for it, that why the use of work "hope".
Please don't drag this irrelevant discussion, I am sure this community can use both of our time to help others than doing this.
