when creating HR case will selecting HR service then particular HR service only few fields mandatory

Hi all,

when creating HR case will selecting COE and HR service then particular HR service only few fields are mandatory. How could you do it?

example: when selecting HR service is Direct Deposit Inquiry and COE: HR Payroll Case then Account  number and Account type is mandatory.

Hi @VenkateshP88303 You can try UI Policy to achieve this.

Hi,

 

When you say creating HR case, is it from employee center? Then you can check record producer and configure catalog UI Policy.

If it is from Platform UI or Agent Workspace, you can check Case creation configuration menu and configure the field to show. UI Policy is to be used to control field to be mandatory.
