When trying to search a catalog item, the ATF step is failed and did not return the catalog item.

When tried to search the catalog item 'compensate support for talent acquisition' is not returned any values. where as when I checked for another catalog item it's worked also. Please help me on this?

seems some user criteria associated to that catalog item is restricting that
