No it doesn't have native MFT, but it supports integration with MFT tools..

ServiceNow can integrate with external MFT solutions to securely transfer files between systems. This is typically done using:

  • MID Server for secure communication behind the firewall

  • SFTP/FTP integrations

  • REST or SOAP APIs

  • IntegrationHub spokes
