Why I can't see the Inbox in HR Agent Workspace?

This is how I currently see the HR Agent Workspace. Why I can't see the Inbox if AWA Queue is already configured?

Hi,

Do you have the awa_agent role?

Yes, I can see the inbox in regular agent workspace, but not in HR =/

Looks like a HI Case Candidate.

If your awa conditions are right, Roles are right and user has access to workspace the inbox should show up.

@andresgo did you reach out through a HI ticket? We are experiences the same issue and curious to hear how it was resolved.
