Hi All,
Actually we have one field on the case form , this is reference field, so we have put some ref qual on that field to show the list accordingly , so its working on on the backend while case creation but its not working on HR agent workspace while i am trying to create a case

it won't work there
The case creation page has no relationship with the field present on form, both are different
You can only configure settings on that page from here
If you want to add some ref qualifier on that case creation and if it's not supported in the above image then you cannot do that.

this is the OOB case creation page? OR it's a normal form view?

there is a KB regarding this
I think on workspace it's not supported
Reference fields on Case Creation form do not respect reference qualifiers
To verify this simply add a simple ref qualifier which is not dependent on any field like hr_service [IS ONE OF] 3 or 4 HR Services
If this works it means the workspace doesn't support ref qualifier where a field dependency is present

Sorry , i forgot to mention, the ref qual was not working on Case creation page also, but it shows all the list , but in the Agent workspace it doesnot shows anything like as backend Case creation page
