Workflow undefined, maybe missing global qualifier Error

Hoping somebody can help. Thanks in advance!

I have been getting the 'Workflow undefined, maybe missing global qualifier' error every time I open any case in HR Module.

This has started to happen after I created a new record producer for our HR Portal that has the below

workflow.

Above is the business rule on HR Core table. Is there anything that I need to change here?
