Why can't make a module or app a Favorite through breadcrumbs or dragging record into Favorite tab?

I am studying for the CSA Exam this November, and I came across this question, asking how do can I make a Favorite in 3 different ways.

I know the regular way, clicking the Star icon, but the rest two isn't working for me and the answer says it does.

Why can't I drag the record to make it a Favorite, only by clicking the Create Favorite in the Context Menu or dragging the breadcrumbs of a filtered list into the Favorite tab. Why it isn't working for me?

I appreciate every help towards this question.

Breadcrumbs offer a quick form of filter navigation.

you can drag the last breadcumb of your filter and drop into your favorite menu.
