Accelerating ServiceNow value with the Accelerate podcast series

In case you missed it, the Services Product Marketing team have launched a new podcast. It’s all about accelerating your return on investment in ServiceNow solutions, and not surprisingly, it's called: “Accelerate”!

Every month you’ll hear from me and my co-host Christel Clevenger as we talk with ServiceNow experts about the training, certification and implementation support we offer customers as they roll out new ServiceNow solutions. We will explore the various resources and services we provide to help you achieve maximum success with the Now Platform. These podcasts will become a regular briefing on how you can derive the most value from your investments in ServiceNow, and in the shortest possible time frame.

Already, in the short time since we launched in October, we’ve covered a wide range of topics to help you better understand what resources and tools are at your disposal to support your deployments and continued use of ServiceNow solutions. So far, we’ve looked at:

1. Meet Now Create - a succinct 10-minute introduction to Now Create, what it can bring you and who it is suitable for. In this episode, Christel speaks with our Methodology Team leader about our Success Packs that set you up for success every time you embark on a new ServiceNow implementation.
2. The Perfect Cocktail - this episode explores the ServiceNow Assure program, which allows you to blend the expertise from your chosen partner with the guidance from our own Expert Services professionals to successfully implement your project. Christel chats with a partner services expert about how ServiceNow Assure can help customers with product adoption through our co-delivery model in combination with our extensive partner ecosystem.
3.
