What's New 🎉:

✔️ Selection Criteria: We're pleased to open applications to all registered ServiceNow Community members, but especially those who have (1) upheld our Community Code of Conduct, (2) reached Community Levels 9 or above, and (3) demonstrated their own knowledge or experience by sharing Community blogs, articles, answers, and other contents. 

Your content and activities must be up-to-date within the last few months of the calendar year. 

ServiceNow employees are not eligible to participate.

✔️ Membership: All candidates should self-nominate. If previously a Rising Star member, this is your opportunity to provide your most recent information and to demonstrate your continued impact.

The Rising Star award is valid until the following nomination window begins. Eligible members will be encouraged to reapply. 

✔️ Guidance & Mentorship: When you are selected to join this program, you are introduced to resources and opportunities that can further develop your reputation as a ServiceNow practitioner and content creator. You are also encouraged to opt-in for mentorship activities exclusive to the Rising Star Community Program. 

Brief History 📖:

Between the years 2022 – 2024, the Rising Star Program grew to 260+ members worldwide. Toward the end of 2024, we decided to reopen applications several months later to make some needed adjustments to the program - more about that here. We recognize that this program will continue to evolve as we strive to meet the needs of our growing Community.

I had a quick question. After answering all the required questions and submitting the community content, do we also need to upload a profile image? I’ve been trying to set mine, but the platform isn’t accepting the image. It just doesn’t seem to upload.

Would appreciate your guidance on this.

Your profile image is not required at this time. The main two things to focus on are (a) answering questions to create your Rising Star Profile and (b) submitting links to your links content for review. I hope that helps!

Hi Team,

I recently transferred my ServiceNow Community account from my company email ID to my personal email ID.

Before this change, I had submitted my application for Rising Star 2025 using my company email ID. However, now when I try to log in to the Rising Star portal, it prompts me to fill out the application form again.

I'm concerned whether my original application is still valid since it was submitted under my company email ID.
Can you please confirm if my application is still being considered?
