With this post, I want to share a video that explains how admins can do the same for their end users.
Context-sensitive help allows ServiceNow admins to link the help icon on any form, list, or record to an article with related information. This article could be in the ServiceNow wiki, in your own knowledge base, or on any helpful webpage.
