ServiceNow has a variety of government customers, including federal agencies, state governments, local governments, tribal organizations, and Federally Funded Research and Development Centers (FFRDCs).
A dedicated and adjudicated Customer Support group at ServiceNow manages all incidents reported by government customers. Special systems and policies are in place to ensure that government incident information is managed and viewed by adjudicated ServiceNow employees.
