OK, so you're a hotty because of your ServiceNow prowess, but make sure you develop some other skills too.

Having been in IT for 30+ years in training and talent management, I've had the opty to coach 1000's of brilliant IT experts and business professionals. The skills needed in an economic market tend to change about every 5-7 years. Given our place in the global economy, cloud computing, IoT, etc., that may change to New Skills Required every 2-3 years.
I find the WEF report fascinating. I think to be good in your jobs in this community, you may already be adept at most of these but I'd love to hear from many in the ServiceNow Community where you think you stack up on this WEF top 10 for 2020 and what areas you need to grow in.
