We are pleased to announce, we have introduced a new feature on the Now Community that will help enable our users to more easily identify valuable content. This is being achieved in two ways.
1. For content that is authored by a ServiceNow Employee, Now Community MVP, or Forum Level Expert, you will see icons representing it next to their display name. See the highlight in red.

2. When a ServiceNow Employee, MVP, or Forum Level Expert marks a response as "Helpful", you will see icons representing this.
Clicking on the icons will show what member marked it helpful. See the highlight in red.
