I am Paul Pradap Chandru. I based out of Illinois, USA (Forsyth). First and foremost, thank you for welcoming me into this exclusive ServiceNow MVP community, this is my 4th time as MVP, and I am truly proud and grateful to be part of this MVP group of leaders, innovators, and contributors.

Over the years, the ServiceNow Community has given me tremendous opportunities to learn, share, collaborate, and grow both professionally and personally. In recent years, my focus has expanded into AI innovation on the platform, especially AI Agents, Agentic workflows, and Now Assist capabilities. I explore how enterprises can adopt AI responsibly through governance frameworks, AI readiness models, and structured implementation strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes.

I actively write technical blogs, architecture papers, and AI innovation thought leadership pieces that connect enterprise architecture with emerging AI capabilities. My goal is to help organizations design platforms that are not just automated but intelligent, governed, and future ready.

I started contributing when I realized many architects were facing similar enterprise challenges across ITSM, APM, instance strategy, CMDB alignment, governance, and AI adoption. I began by sharing practical insights from real-world transformation programs. Over time, that evolved into publishing structured architecture frameworks and AI innovation patterns. Today, I actively contribute in areas like Now Assist and Agentic AI to help organizations build intelligent, future-ready platforms

In 2026, my goal is to expand my thought leadership further, contributing more actively in global forums, mentoring next-generation professionals, engaging STEM students, and serving as a global ambassador for ServiceNow on the technical and architectural side.
