Release notes are the most-read docs we deliver at ServiceNow. We know how much customers rely on release notes to evaluate patches and find out what's been fixed. Over the past year, we've added more detail to the release notes — like better descriptions and plugin information.
The result: happier customers — and a pretty dense page of info for every patch.
Some users have requested a more sortable version of this content that they can download and use for their own analysis. To meet this need, we're trying a new way of delivering lists of fixed problems: a spreadsheet that you can manipulate however you'd like.
Find a link to downloadable release notes at the top of every patch page on docs.servicenow.com.
As always, remember that the most up-to-date and comprehensive content about patch releases is on docs.servicenow.com (Geneva, Helsinki, Istanbul). Be sure to visit the doc site first to be sure you're getting the freshest information we can give you.
