- Favorite achievement: Passing the Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response exam in October. I'm fascinated by the world of security operations and excited to keep learning. I'm currently studying towards the CIS - Security Incident Response certification.
- Hope for next year: Attend my first in-person Knowledge conference. I'm looking forward to meeting so many people in real life for the first time!

- Favorite achievement: I am elected as go beyond award nominations in my organization.
Also, i have done CSM, ITSM certification this year.
- Hope for next year: I want to complete Certified Architect certification in the next year.

- Most proud contribution: I love to share my knowledge and learn from others on the platform.
One contribution that I'm most proud of is when I helped a fellow developers who were facing a daunting workflow issues, developer specific Issues in different module of ServiceNow - SPM,HRSD,ITOM, GRC.
I had faced a similar issue before, and I knew how to solve it. I replied to those questions with a detailed explanation and a code snippet that showed how it works. I also provided some screenshots and links to the official documentation for reference.
The developers were very grateful for my help. they marked my answer as the best solution and gave me a kudos. I was very happy to see that I had made a positive difference for them and that they appreciated my effort.
This is one of the reasons why I love the ServiceNow Community. It is a place where I can share my expertise, learn from others, and make an impact. I'm proud to be a part of this amazing community.
- Favorite achievement: This year I did some pre sales certifications which made realize the value of ServiceNow products and was part of ServiceNow product Research team for SPM which made me contribute to ServiceNow product.
- Hope for next year: Planning to complete of ServiceNow CTA and enhance my technical skill

- Most proud contribution: Participated in Rising Star Meet - 2023 with Chuck & Pranav. I explained the product and customer challenges to manage the upcoming horizontal / industry requirements. Ex - CI / CD Pipeline for ServiceNow codes, Telcom maturity for TNI Module, Document maturity for solution views, etc.,
- Favorite achievement: I was promoted as a Solution Architect. Provides the ServiceNow solution for various ServiceNow Modules - EMEA, and ANZ region customers in the internal organization.

- Most proud contribution: Mentored Non-IT people to lay their foot print in ServiceNow space. I don't have link to share as it's an in person mentoring.

- Vivek Verma (Architect) (LinkedIn & Community)
- Most proud contribution: I have been a part of British Telecom and ServiceNow's journey since 2020, and I am so proud of what we have achieved, including reaching this milestone. We have successfully onboarded 15 (35 sub) core capabilities, integrated 85 systems, implemented the 15 API standard, and completed 5 major upgrades with zero downtime.
- Favorite achievement: I have begun studying the capabilities of Open-source AR tools like Monocle within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
- Hope for next year: I would like to continue my journey with Open Source AR and ServiceNow and hopefully publish the paper/app store by mid of 2024.

- Favorite achievement: I have completed ServiceNow certification also received Rising Star 2023
- Hope for next year: My next goal to try to achieve MVP अवॉर्ड.

- Most proud contribution: From the last 3 years I have been sharing knowledge on the community. It is a one of the big moments for me because seeking help from others to helping others.
- Favorite achievement: Recently I have joined the Globant company, it the one of the best decision and achievement for me.
- Hope for next year: Looking forward meet Pranav with all other ServiceNow developers on Dev Meetup.

- Favorite achievement: In 2018 ServiceNow started a SNAPP (ServiceNow Academic Partner Program) in India which is currently Rise Up program, luckily I’m a part of SNAPP in my university, after the successful completion of program I cleared Application development certification and joined one of the platinum partner companies in 2019. Ever since the SNAPP was started I got more interest in ServiceNow and dreamed of joining ServiceNow company. After 4 years of work in previous company and gaining good knowledge on platform from NOW community, I gave interview and got selected by one of the teams in ServiceNow. YES now I’m part of NOW family and I’m so happy about it. This is my big achievement in career perspective.

- Favorite achievement: One achievement that I am immensely proud of is when I got selected in Indian redemption of So you think you can dance along with other national dance competition shows. They all broadcasted on national television . These events helped in my self-confidence. In an era where I was too underconfident to even sit with group of people (I still am show how), I got the confidence to present my self on national television that too because of my talent.

- Most proud contribution: https://www.meetup.com/Pune-ServiceNow-Developer-Meetup/ I am organizing ServiceNow Pune Meetup and have done 4 meetups in this year which I feel really proud of.
- Favorite achievement: I have recently changed my job with good career growth Role from Senior ServiceNow Developer in Globant to Technical Manager in EY which I am really happy for. I have also completed by CIS-IRM certificate.
I have also been highlighted twice in Times Square in New York twice for my contributions through Topmate.io platform. - Hope for next year: Start my blogs and maybe a YouTube channel.

- Favorite achievement: At the beginning of this year, I saw one of my friend's WhatsApp status, it says She is awarded ServiceNow community rising ⭐. And, I checked her community profile and found her contributions to the community.
I started thinking why can't I start contributing? And become a Rising star and an MVP some day? I laid down my plan contribute atleast 3 answers a day and Rising star by January, 2024 and MVP an year after. And I started contributing more than what I planned and instead of short sweet answers a long and guide like answers with screenshots and detailed info, and it became a new hobby for me.
Finally I made it to Rising star by the mid of 2023 😊 which made me very happy than the happiness I get when my manager or client appreciates.
- Hope for next year: Contribute more! Help friends and peers to understand ServiceNow better and bring them to ServiceNow eco system.

- Favorite achievement: Led the successful implementation of RPA for one of the largest economy class airline, private Led and completed one of the largest IRM Implementation for Private Sector Bank, Working on one of the biggest FSO(Financial Services Operations) Implementation.

- Favorite achievement: One of the best achievements for me, considering that I had no prior ServiceNow, knowledge was getting and keeping my CSA certification. In addition being named a rising star has been a huge moral booster
- Hope for next year: For the upcoming year, I look to travel to Texas to see the Dallas Cowboys play
