ServiceNow platform is very diverse and a powerful platform.  With the flexibility that comes with the platform comes certain challenges in terms of instance performance.

The three prong approach that would really benefits any ServiceNow admin in making sure their instance is performing optimally can be summarized as follows:

3) The way ServiceNow efficiently uses MySQl database with the volume of data is tremendous. MySQl tuning thus is essential.
