ServiceNow Predictive AIOps is quite different from Splunk

ServiceNow just introduced Predictive AIOps which adds Health Log Analytics (HLA) to ServiceNow ITOM Health. While you may say that both ServiceNow Health Log Analytics and Splunk do log analytics, their approach to processing logs cannot be more different, namely:

1) HLA does not need as much data to provide results

2) HLA detects anomalies without having to write queries ahead of time.
