We are still in the process of developing SNC for rollout shooting for a mid November completion. We will use screen video and screenshot documentation to walk our ITIL and Employee users through using the new system. As we produce valuable content, I will attach it to my blog for others to use without requesting permission.
Obviously, our screens will most definately be different than the screens your company will use but at least you will have a good idea of what has worked for other customers of SNC.
I would like to ask that if anyone already has any internal training tools available that they consider sharing them as well.
Things that I'm looking to produce or borrow from others first:
*ITIL Users
+Misc working processes. How do they know what types of different tickets do they need to take action on etc...
+How to customize screens (using some of SNC Wiki information)
+How to update Asset information
*Customer users
+How to navigate the Homepage, Can We Help You, and Service Catalog
+How to check the status of tickets through SNC
+How to update tickets from their side
