Stage rendering in RITM List view and how to control it

When a catalog item is requested and when it creates RITM, the RITM Stage field shows the stage in which workflow is currently at.

Now OOB the stage would show something like this

If I want to now show the text "waiting for Catalog Task: HR Team Task" then this is how it is achieved.

Open the workflow and set the stage rendering to "requested item renderer"

The out come would be as shown below.
