There is a lot of buzz in the ecosystem about the ServiceNow's Annual Conference happening as I write this - Knowledge 2025 and this year is its bigger than ever! More than 25,000 Enthusiasts are currently attending the Knowledge event.

  • Launch of ServiceNow University : Centralized learning (earlier called NowLearning portal) with free and gamified portal, dare I say I LOVE the new gamification and the overall platform theme colours. Also has added a new AI powered unified profile - that connects skills, certifications, achievements with more. ServiceNow University also strengthens ServiceNow’s existing RiseUp initiative, which helps underrepresented and underserved communities gain better access to technology, knowledge, and opportunities.
