About the out-of-the-box (OOTB) notifications for incidents

I have a question regarding the out-of-the-box (OOTB) notifications for incidents.

I'm unsure about the triggers for the following notifications and would appreciate guidance on where to find this information:

  • Incident - Recommendations
  • Incident from Recommendations
  • Incident Priority Raised
  • Text Index Completed
  • Text Index Document Frequency Completed

Thank you all for your responses.
My question might have been unclear, but I do know how to search for notification triggers.

However, I asked because I couldn't find any records that seemed to be used for this notification even after searching in places that might be triggers, such as flows.
Therefore, if anyone has
investigated the trigger for the notification I mentioned, I would be grateful if you could let me know the relevant record.

Did you get a chance to review my earlier post ?

 

Out of box, Problem table do not have any active flows defined. You can go to problem table -> Configure -> Flow Designer Flows to check any flows defined for the table.

If you create a new flow in future, you can call this out of box notification to send email using notification action.
