Approval user role

HI Team,

I have case where users with out approval_user role are not able to view there task in the ESC portal.
I have limited number of roles for approval_user roles with me i can't provide role to everyone in the firm.

I want user with no roles should be able to view my request in ESC portal. and should be able to Approve or reject the request.
This should be for all type of approvals like service request and the change request.

Please help me on this, weather it is achievable that user with no roles should be able to view the content and Approve their request item form ESC portal.

No, mate — a user without any role is considered an end user. In this case, the end user can only see their own records and not anyone else’s.

If you want them to view or act on others' records, you’ll need to assign either the approval role or consider assigning the Business Stakeholder role, which can also be helpful in this scenario. @Nikhil2math

approval_user role is required to approve/reject via ESC portal.

Please stick to OOTB process and it's upto customer to decide how many users should be designated as approvers and give them appropriate role
