Approval user role

HI Team,

I have case where users with out approval_user role are not able to view there task in the ESC portal.
I have limited number of roles for approval_user roles with me i can't provide role to everyone in the firm.

I want user with no roles should be able to view my request in ESC portal. and should be able to Approve or reject the request.
This should be for all type of approvals like service request and the change request.

Please help me on this, weather it is achievable that user with no roles should be able to view the content and Approve their request item form ESC portal.

you will have to clone the OOTB widget but it will require heavy customization which you should avoid.

I will suggest inform customer about this and take limited approval licenses for limited users.
