Hi Community,
I'm investigating the possibility to connect a Copilot Studio agent to ServiceNow to allow users (at the very least) to ask questions about how to solve any incidents they might have - using ServiceNow's KB articles.
To be able to do that, I need information on how to connect Servicenow to copilot in the correct way, so the agent gets access to the data it needs.
I would appreciate if someone can provide a plan on this by mentioning step by step configuration.
