We would like to enable Group Managers to manage (add/remove) members for the groups they are assigned as manager for, without requiring admin or elevated platform access.
Purpose
This change will allow group managers to:
Keep group memberships accurate and up to date
Reduce dependency on ServiceNow admins for routine access updates
Improve turnaround time for onboarding, offboarding, and role changes
Scope
Group managers will only be able to update memberships for groups they manage
No additional administrative or system-level permissions will be granted
Changes will be limited to group membership maintenance only

Whether this aligns with out-of-box ServiceNow functionality or requires customization
