Hide or Remove "Copy this request for"

We are planning to start using Service Portal but users are getting confused about the "Copy this Request for" functionality. Historically we have not had success with this feature. How can we hide or disable this?

where have you found this? :)) it seems like a custom form in backend not portal... or where does it come from? never saw it before and I miss the context of your requirement/issue.

This shows up in my instance whenever we submit a request. No idea where it came from. There's no option to view it's details or anything.

Our Service Portal uses URL links to catalog items which create requests. Once the request is submitted the page tells the user that their request was submitted successfully, and this "Copy" thing shows up beneath it.
