You can create UI Actions for the buttons but what is that you want to achieve with those?
Adding UI Action buttons alone will not impact performance unless some huge db operation happens on click of them.

glide.ui16.emailStreamResponseActions
This is the property for that which needs to be set to TRUE.

Hi Rohith,
Assuming you are referring to the buttons that appear within the Activity Stream (journal entries) when viewing a received email, these are controlled by specific System Properties.
This configuration is standard across releases (including Yokohama/Xanadu) and works for both UI16 and Next Experience.
How to Enable them:
Type sys_properties.list in the Application Navigator.
Search for and verify the following properties (create them if they don't exist, Type: Boolean😞
Reply: glide.ui.activity_stream.reply_button -> Set to true
Reply All: glide.ui.activity_stream.reply_all_button -> Set to true
Forward: glide.ui.activity_stream.forward_button -> Set to true
Note: Ensure the user has the correct roles (usually itil) to write to the Incident, otherwise, they cannot send emails regardless of the buttons.
Regarding Performance: There is no performance impact. Enabling these buttons simply renders a few HTML elements in the activity stream. It does not trigger complex scripts or database queries on load. It is perfectly safe to enable them in Production.
