Question / Answer Functionality

Hi All

 

I have been asked if there is a way for end users to ask other users in the business questions via the Service Portal , without the need of back end access (ITIL licence).

 

So for example if an end user wanted to ask a question about an order, that question gets picked up by  employees that work in a specific department  (that also dont have ITIL access) and are able to respond to the end user.?

 

Years ago there used to be "Ask a question" functionality, but I dont know how that actually works and whether it would forfil this requirement

Hi @jonathangilbert 

You can use the VA and build topics to check the status of his/her records. That is more advanced and currently used by a number of customers.

 

OOTB it is available for incident
