Remove the knowledge article from incident record

Can someone please suggest a way  to unrelate/unlink/remove attached knowledge from incident record.

Solution from 2019 but still holds validity.

Hi Jaspal,

 

I have selected the article in related list and clicked on delete. It deleted knowledge article from instance rather unlinking

This can now be accomplished by opening the INC from within Service Operations Workspace.

  1. After opening the INC in SOW, click the "Related records" tab.
  2. Click "Attached Knowledge" in the left-side column.
  3. Check the box next to the KB article which needs to be removed from the INC.
  4. Click Remove.
