Required an audit trail or system log available to track who downloads or exports incident reports

I need an audit trail where its visible to org that who has downloaded an attachment or exported the incidents report from ServiceNow @Incident

I want let say customer download an export of incidents and other user download an attachment from incident. Can we do trail on users who has downloaded what?
