Task to Display previous and current CI on incident Comments

When  a CI is included in incident, the comment should be’ Incident number is using this CI. Incident was created on: date/time .

If the CI is changed, update both previous and current CI comment ’Date time, incident number.

When the incident is closed or resolved, clear the previous comment and add a new comment ‘ This incident: INC…… was resolved by: name

Could you please share a screenshot of what exactly you're looking for?
Just capture the CI changes in the Activity Log — that should help clarify.
