want the flow activites to be started after a specific time

Hi team,

In flow designer, i want the flow activities to be started after a specific time. I have used the wait for duration logic but still it is going past that time and it is not working as expected. Kindly help.

In the below image i want my activities to start after 7.05 pm today but still it is waiting. The flow is running as system user and for system user, the timezone is IST.

Tried adding a schedule of 24*7, and tried adding 1 sec after as well in the wait for but all of those failed and the timer always says waiting.

Kindly help

so you want to wait till 6.30pm IST of that date?

Hi. it is not working as expected. tried to do a hardcode time stuff. Lets say i want it to pause till 11.10 AM IST. So i updated the condition like this. In the executions it is coming like this. it crossed 11.10am but still the timer did not wake up. Dont know wheres wrong.

If i want it to wait till 11.30 AM IST what should be in the flow time. kindly help

as per your screenshot your flow will wait till 7th Jan 0:40:01 which is not in IST

Hi Team,

This is expected behavior. Wait for Duration works only on relative time, not on a specific clock time.
For starting activities at an exact time (like 7:05 PM), we need to use Wait Until with a Date/Time value.

Flows run in UTC, so system user timezone (IST) is not considered.
