Wanted to Know about Modern Workplace

Hello everyone,

I need to work with the Modern Workplace and am currently searching for product documentation or videos to better understand it, but I haven’t had any luck finding relevant resources.

 

Could someone please help clarify what the Modern Workplace is, or if I might be misunderstanding something?

 

If anyone has experience with it, I would greatly appreciate any resources or guidance you can provide to help me understand its use.

Are you referring to Workplace Service Delivery?

Hi @Atik As far as I know, there is nothing called Modern Workplace in ServiceNow. Maybe you misunderstood something wrong. We have Workplace Service Delivery in ServiceNow https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-employee-service-management/page/product/workplace-service...
