Which is the best practice to design servcenow forms

As a BPC, if you ask me, I prefer using Form Builder mainly because it helps in deciding the form design effectively( with drag and drop) A few key points I follow are:

Don’t add too many fields to forms.
Keep the form simple and crisp.
Use views if you want to show different fields on the form.
Use sections to group and manage similar types of information.

1) Form Layout

2) Form design

3) Form builder

Out of these three, Form builder is recommended:
