How to sequence the wrap up codes in Alphabetical order?
Couldn't find any configuration which can be done in this

ahoy @Wizard,
could you possibly explain what do you mean wrap up codes?
Give me some example of you want to achieve.
For example in GlideRecord you can set the orderBy() but is it what you. are asking for?

We have a wrap up configuration in the system

And in that we have codes but these codes are not coming in sequence although i have created them in sequence only

okay okay and when you say "we have codes", can you be a bit specific? without sharing details it's not clear, there's no universal answer for all codes, depending on the nature of it the answer might vary... is it a business rule, flow action, client script, ...... ?

Hi @glideFather
What I meant is that the Wrap-up Codes I created in the system are not appearing in alphabetical order in Service Operations Workspace (SOW).
I was expecting the Wrap-up Codes to be displayed alphabetically based on their names/labels so that users can easily locate and select the appropriate code. However, in SOW, they are currently appearing in a different order.
Not Sure , what determines the sorting order of the Wrap-up Codes in SOW and whether they can be configured to display alphabetically?
